tending to the soil
how are you nurturing yourself and allowing yourself to be nurtured?
I'm currently enjoying a wave of cleaning, cleansing, nourishing energy that's washing through my experience. Loving up all the dusty corners of all the overlooked drawers that hadn't been opened in years, both literally and metaphorically. Creating space for fresh inspiration to flow in.
Last week I mentioned feeling inspired to shift my diet to vibrant fruit and veggies. And this choice to prioritize the vibrancy of my vibration has totally rippled out in magnificent ways.
Even with the welcoming of my period on Friday — a season that I've historically associated with stillness, closing, wintery isolation — I found myself buzzing with vital energy. Adorning myself with gold sparkles and fanciful braids for the fun of it. Simply enthusiastic to be here, be alive. Shining as the star I am. Excited to show up in engaged presence with the world with/in and around me. Grateful to receive the abundant gifts of each now moment.
Maybe you've also flipped to a new chapter, or even a new book, of your unfolding evolution.
Perhaps there are some delightfully unexpected plot twists as you turn from one page to the next.
As we begin anew each and every moment, we are graced with infinite aligned opportunities to flow with what is from the nurturing embrace of love.
