what energies are present?

What energies are present with/in your experience of this beautiful now moment?

What light, if any, are you shining? Are you choosing to shine?
What colors, if any, are you noticing? Are you choosing to notice?
What love, if any, are you expressing? Are you choosing to express?
What support, if any, are you receiving? Are you choosing to receive?
What thoughts, if any, are you witnessing? Are you choosing to witness?
What sounds, if any, are you welcoming? Are you choosing to welcome?
What abundance, if any, are you overflowing? Are you choosing to overflow?
What sensations, if any, are you inbodying? Are you choosing to be in the body?

here's what's true with/in my experience of now:

I'm choosing to shine the true, radiant, divine light of me.

I'm choosing to notice the prismatic rainbow landscape of color before, upon, and around me as I sit channeling this transmission from the garden. The rainbow colored app icons lining the bottom edge of my computer desktop. The red-orange of the jumpsuit I'm wearing. The bright mustard yellow of my water bottle and phone case. The glowing green of the sun-kissed grass. White-blue sky. Warm brown wood. Orange, white, and black koi fish swimming in a yellow-green pond.

I'm choosing to express love here and now, offering forth divinely loving frequencies transmitted through my quantum voice, my visionary heart, my luminous light.

I'm choosing to receive the support of the chair, the ground, the earth star beneath me. The support of the councils of light with/in me. The support of the vibrant, oxygenated air all around me. And the support of the flowing, magnificent system that is my whole heart-body-mind-spirit.

I'm choosing to witness the thoughts that: “I could be sitting in a more comfortable position…there's a sensation in my lower back…maybe I should move…that's a funny tingle…Mei Mei is moving from the sofa now…oh she's just adjusting her position too…how fitting”

I'm welcoming the sounds of birds chirping, water babbling, wind chimes chiming, leaves rustling.

I'm choosing to overflow the abundance of joy, inspiration, creativity, light, energy, and love that I receive, experience, and share with gratitude.

I'm choosing to inbody the sensations of warm finger tips contacting a smooth matte keyboard, ankles hugging one another with heels resting upon the support of a stool, soft air gracing my skin, pulsing energy through the right side of my head, Mei Mei claws scratching my thigh, Mei Mei feet pressing into my belly, wet Mei Mei kisses on my chin, soft Mei Mei fur tickling my arm.

light, love, abundance is here

Every aspect of this now moment is a truly splendid miracle of creativity. What a wonder it is! A joy it is to be!

And the extra wonderful aspect of it all is that we each get to choose how we experience this moment. How amazing is that!

Even the choice to believe the thought that you "don't have a choice” is wonderfully welcome to be part of the wholeness of what is.
