About Craniosacral Tuning

Craniosacral Tuning is a gentle form of energetic bodywork that combines craniosacral therapy with vibrational sound tuning.

What to Expect

• Set up in a quiet space in your home, you are invited to lie down, fully clothed, on the massage table.

• A guided meditation drops you into a relaxed, receptive state.

• Your head and neck are held, supported, and gently moved, which opens and releases your energy flow.

• An activated tuning fork is placed on certain acupressure points and chakras.

• Vocal toning and singing bowls may also be included for further vibrational alignment.

• Grounding compressions and intuitive bodywork center presence back in the body.

• Insights and reflections are shared on what came through during the session.
